The article focuses on Buyfolio’s “lifestyle” search capabilities, which allows homebuyers and brokers to search for co-op listings based on specific building criteria, like whether dogs are allowed, pied-a-terres are permitted, Guarantors are accepted, etc.
Though there are a lot of places to search for NYC listings, Buyfolio is the only one with this advanced search. Since we launched the functionality last month, we’ve been getting amazing feedback from both brokers and homebuyers.
