Today we launched Search by Custom Area!

For some home shoppers, apartment specific features are high priority – natural light, outdoor space, etc.

For others, it’s all about the building and whether or not there is a doorman, a gym, a garage, or pets allowed.

One criteria that’s on the top of almost every home shoppers list? Location, location, location.

But not everyone’s ideal location can be bounded by a pre-defined neighborhood like the “Upper West Side” or “East Village.” Maybe they’re looking for a specific school district or proximity to a park or subway station. Maybe they need to be inside the delivery range of their favorite Chinese restaurant. No matter the reason, they all need a totally customizable search where they decide the boundaries.

Now, when you click the Custom Area / Neighborhood icon in Buyfolio’s Search you can choose between Custom Area Selection and Neighborhood Selection.

Custom Area allows you to draw your very own search area, while Neighborhood Selection allows you to select from all the usual suspects.
